Childpeace Vegetable Row - August 2007

In June of 2007, we hosted the Lower Elementary class from Childpeace Montessori School, which is located in northwest Portland.  See this page for photos from that visit.

These photos show their vegetable row as it looked in early August 2007.  A cooler-than-average summer, with especially cool nights, has delayed the ripening of the tomatoes and peppers. However, we are hopeful that we will soon have some vegetables to donate!
